This place rocks. Cheap pbr and a ton of locals just having a good time. Pete the owner is a great guy and fried me up a good perch sandwich. Awesome place, would recommend.

Located in downtown Jackson, the Corner Pub is one of if not the best place to get a Jackson County veal sandwich.
On this particular occasion we got takeout. The veal sandwiches are really super thin slices of pork that are breaded in a mixture that includes corn meal and deep fried a golden brown. Ours were served with ketchup and pickle and were crispy, tender and delicious. The crust on the veal sandwich is really crunchy. So much so that even with takeout they were still crunchy when we got home.
If you are looking for a JC veal, this would be the place! -

Great wings and bar food. Super cold beer. Good atmosphere and local music. Located on a corner and plenty of parking on the street and a parking lot located in the back.
